Refund Policy

Membership
Membership may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, the Eco-Dentistry Association will refund the pro-rated amount of the unused portion of the annual membership fee.

Continuing Education Courses
Fees for continuing education are refundable if participation is cancelled at least two weeks prior to the course date. If participation is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the course date, the participant will receive a credit toward a future continuing education program. Any fees already incurred for the course (food, lodging, course materials) are deducted prior to the credit toward a future course.
