Dr. Mladen Kralj is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston and has been practicing dentistry in Chicago since 1991. Dr. Kralj received advanced restorative and cosmetic training at the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum (PAC-live) in San Francisco in 2002.
In 2008 Dr. Kralj founded ORA Dental Studio, Chicago’s and the nation’s first and only eco-friendly dental group. ORA became the first LEED certified dental practice in Chicago and Midwest, as well one of the first Eco-Dentistry Association GreenDOC certified practices in the nation, garnering numerous environmental awards along the way. ORA currently has four locations in downtown Chicago with plans to expand to 30 new locations in Chicagoland by 2017. All practices will be both LEED and GreenDOC certified.
Dr. Kralj has long recognized that there is a consumer shift happening that is transforming the dental profession into a ‘customer relation services industry.’ Dentistry is no longer just about ‘what’ services we offer the consumer, rather about ‘how’we offer those services. ORA’s vision is to redefine the dental practice for dental professionals and redefine the dental experience for their patients.
