Dr. Fred Pockrass
Dr Fred Pockrass has been a restorative and general dentist since 1981. He graduated from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and began his practice in Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, revitalizing the practice of a retiring dentist. After eight years, Dr. Pockrass fulfilled a life-long dream of studying with a meditation master in India and moved to the Himalayas. While there, he created a Western-style dental clinic and until late 2000, served as personal dentist to a noted international community. He is a graduate of the acclaimed PAC-Live program in Aesthetic Dentistry at University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CA.
In addition to his dental degree, Dr. Pockrass is a certified Tai Chi instructor, which he has taught for more than 20 years. He has been a featured speaker at conferences related to greening the dental industry. His passion is transforming his clients’ experience of the dentist and making each person an expert in their own oral well-being.
Dr. Pockrass is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Biological Dentistry and serves on the Editorial Board of Access Magazine and the Advisory Board of the Academy of Intuitive Medicine ( http://intuitionmedicine.org ). He is Canadian and American Board certified and licensed in Quebec and Ontario since 1981 and in California since 2001. Dr. Pockrass co-founded Transcendentist, Inc., the leading eco-friendly dental products and services company.

Dr. Paul Feuerstein graduated from the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry in 1972. He received his B.S. at SUNY Stony Brook in 1968. Today, in addition to continuing to practice dentistry, Dr. Feuerstein serves as a consultant to the dental profession, and is a lecturer to dental associations on technology-related topics.
Dr. John Flucke was born and raised in Kansas City. He received his DDS degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 1987. He has practiced in Lee’s Summit since 1989 and was pleased to open his new state of the art facility in 2007.
Dr. Martin Jablow is America’s Dental Technology Coach. He received his dental degree from New Jersey Dental School in 1986 and practices in Woodbridge, NJ. Dr. Jablow has achieved Fellowships from the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Association of Dental-Facial Esthetics. A long time laser user, Dr. Jablow is certified in various laser wavelengths. Dr. Jablow holds memberships in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and NJ Dental Association. He is an attending dentist at John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison, NJ along with being a long time member of his county’s Peer Review Committee. Dr. Jablow is president of Dental Technology Solutions a lecture and consulting company. Dr. Jablow writes a column for Dr. Bicuspid.com called Ask Marty? He also writes a column “Innovation Station” for Dental Learning Hub’s Apex magazine.
Donald J. Coluzzi, DDS is a 1970 graduate of the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He recently retired after 35 years from his general dental practice in Redwood City, CA, but continues as an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry Department of Preventive and Restorative Dental Sciences. He is past president of the Academy of Laser Dentistry and holds Advanced Proficiency certificates on Nd:YAG and Er:YAG wavelengths. He is a fellow of the American College of Dentists, as well as holding Mastership from the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He has received the Leon Goldman Award for Clinical Excellence and the Distinguished Service Award from the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Ali Farahani graduated as a general practitioner from Dalhousie University in Halifax, in 2000 and for the past 8 years, has done locums in a number of different practices across the country, from high-end cosmetic and spa dentistry in Montreal, Quebec, to rural hospital dentistry in northern Alberta, Ontario. He is an accredited member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (I.A.O.M.T.) an organization for dental, medical and research professionals who practice mercury-free dentistry, and scientific biocompatibility. Dr. Farahani and his team have trained and continue to train in advanced cosmetic dentistry at the renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Dr. Farahani has published numerous articles on a ‘green’ approach to dentistry as well as a natural approach to dental health in general. His private practice which is integrative as well as environmentally-friendly is located in Stratford, Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Mladen Kralj is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston and has been practicing dentistry in Chicago since 1991. Dr. Kralj received advanced restorative and cosmetic training at the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum (PAC-live) in San Francisco in 2002.
Founding Küster Dental Office Design in 2002, James specializes in providing a full range of interior design services for dental offices with a strong emphasis on interior branding, green design, and solid ergonomic design. As a LEED Green Associate, James brings a solid understanding of how to apply design principles that will reduce his clients’ energy costs and carbon footprint without incurring increased construction and remodeling costs. By seeking to understand and shape emotions, James works closely with his clients to create interior spaces that drive customers to his clients’ businesses and keep them coming back.
A graduate in 2000 from the Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry, Dr. McMillan practices general dentistry, lectures on the benefits and feasibility of sustainable design and operations and has consulted with Henry Schein Dental, the U.S. dental division of Henry Schein, Inc., which is the largest provider of healthcare products and services to office-based practitioners in the combined North American and European markets.
Situated on the environmentally sensitive Oak Ridges Moraine in Ontario, Canada, Woodland Dental Hygiene has recently achieved Silver Certification with the Eco-Dentistry Association® and has become the first dental office in Canada to do so.
Dr. Walter Clifford is the Founder, President and Research Director of Clifford Consulting & Research in Colorado Springs, Colorado, providing consultation, testing and research services related to health care and biomedical applications. Dr. Clifford is originator of the Clifford Materials Reactivity Testing protocol and testing program, which reports an individual’s biocompatibility with over 6500 trade-named dental products and 89 chemical groups and families. Dr. Clifford holds a Masters of Science in Microbiology/Immunology, and is affiliated with numerous scientific associations and societies, including the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), the American Society for Clinical Pathology (M-ASCP) and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Dr. Clifford teaches and lectures internationally, and is the 2003 recipient of the Gray Strong Award for Outstanding Service from the IAOMT.
